GLS/GLP Legal Trainee Scheme 2024

Hi everyone! I thought I'd make a thread for people applying for the Government Legal Trainee Scheme (LTS) 2024 cycle.

According to the timetable, SJT results are supposed to be out today and tomorrow but I haven't heard back yet? I was wondering if anyone else had heard back... 😬

Do you think nothing means no? Or are they supposed to tell us results even if we haven’t passed?

Based on last cycle's thread, I assume they would inform us of the rejection too. The delay might be due to an adjustment of the benchmark required to get through (if the scheme is overly subscribed).

I applied to and haven't heard anything. I checked my application online and it says status of my application is finished so I assume I didn't pass. Didn't anybody else check theirs by logging in on the goverment legal professional site and checking their application progress?

Hey. I checked my portal this morning and it showed in progress. I went to check again after seeing your comments and it showed finished. I guess I didn't pass too since the withdrawal option is unavailable. 🥲

EDIT: I just received the email stating that I did not meet the standard for the situational judgement test. Good luck to everyone else!

Perhaps having not heard anything yet is a good sign? I feel as though the emails about being unsuccessful would come out first so yesterday? Fingers crossed any way
