Consequences of applying for two (or more) programs in one university

Is it alright to apply for two different programs in one university (and in some cases programs within one department) at the same time? I am interested in applying for two master's courses 'Politics and International Studies' and
'International Relations and Politics' at Cambridge.

Good evening @ThePPEStudent ,

Yes, you can usually apply for more than one course. You will need to double-check on the individual university to make sure, but generally speaking, this will not be a problem.

Usally, you will need to create two separate applications and submit these. For Cambridge postgraduate courses, further information can be found here.

I wish you the best of luck with your applications!
