Hey! I actually might be able to help you out. I'm selling my student accommodation contract at Station Court, N15 4NU.It runs all the way until September 7th, 2024.

Hi, I was wondering if you won’t mind considering taking over my contract for my student accommodation? The place is right next to Finsbury Park Station, if you look it up on google maps, you will see that it has both Victoria and Piccadilly lines, both are very well connected tube line and will be you to city center in no time.

Hey Stevenson01! I'm an undergrad student at SOAS and I currently live in Holborn/Bloomsbury (WC1H 0AQ) but am moving soon and am looking for someone to take over my rent. The place is very modern and bright studio with an en suite and kitchen area as well as access to all of the buildings amenities (in building gym, concierge, private cinema, common room, building parties and events etc) Its super close to multiple tube and bus stations with access to the Piccadilly, Northern, Victoria, Overground lines less than a 10 minute walk away.The flat is available until July 16th 2024 for any student and would be yours until September 7th 2024, and is currently priced at 2656 pcm but I am willing to negotiate. The only requirement for the building is to be a student at any London institution as the halls are private. I'm looking to find a substitute as soon as possible so please don't hesitate to reach out! I'm happy to answer any and all questions and of course send over any pictures or arrange to have a look at the place! I'd love to hear from you so please do message me

If you are still looking you might be interested in this -- “Townhouse Single, Garden Halls, £304.80” from SPARE ROOM.co.uk -- ads says it all. Close to the city, walkable to river, Soho and King's Cross.
