Browse the programme - have a look at the events on the website and make yourself a schedule of the talks and tours you think will be of interest to you. Plan in breaks and allow extra time to visit our other stands, plus take advantage of the campus tours that run throughout the day. I recommend a library tour. As a student, you will be spending a lot of time there and it's always good to know what resources you will have access to.
3.
Be a (slightly) early bird - give yourself plenty of time to arrive for your activities. If you arrive early you can chat to student ambassadors and academics on the subject stalls, a good opportunity to get inside information or ask any burning questions you may have.
4.
Take notes - you'll get plenty of information throughout the day so take notes especially during chosen talks. And don't be afraid to ask questions at the end of a talk if you feel you need more information.
5.
Check out the stalls - there are other stalls concerning student life that can offer more personal advice. Additionally if you want to live on campus or nearby, check out our student housing organisations.
