Continuing Student - "About you" query

Hello, I have a query regarding this question under the "About you" section and the question
Do any of the circumstances below apply to you?
You're able to get some disability related benefits
You're able to get Armed Forces Independence Payment or Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
I believe I should put no for this question but not entirely sure (my circumstances are listed below)?
Since my last student finance application I am now known to have seizures. Epilepsy is on my NHS App - although I don't recall directly being told about it by a doctor it is on my GP health record.
As a result of my seizure history I do not currently meet the driving standards as such I do not have a driving licence and I am pretty sure I can qualify for a free bus pass so I am considering applying for that.
I have not applied for PIP and don't intend on doing so currently.
Although I have not applied for the bus pass yet (if I even do in the future) and as such I am unable to confirm eligibility I am pretty confident I am eligible for a bus pass but not gone through the process of applying for it.
Another question is what benefits could I get if I am eligible for the disabled students allowance if I can apply for that because of Epilepsy?
