mock exams tend to be the papers from the previous summer of GCSEs

They can be anything - we don't use the recent papers because people try to cheat. Cheating doesn't benefit them as the first real paper they see will be their 'real' GCSE.
We use the secure mocks Edexcel offer.

yh everyone knew wt the english lit Qs were before. Grade boundaries were still pretty low tho 81% for a 9, maybe they're just dumb
