Student finance error

Hi,
Me and my Partner we study together at the same University and we tried to reapply for Student Finance online for 2024-2025. We are about to start the second year of our University. Everything was ok with my Partner's application, but on the other hand, I am facing problems with mine. Even if I choose the correct stepsndergraduate-Full time education, my application looks different from his and I am automatically offered a paper application form called EU24N, where I can only apply for Tuition Fee. I don't understand what the problem is because in the past two years of our Foundation Course I was eligible for Maintenance loan, Parental allowance, Childcare grant and Tuiton Fee. I called SF and they canceled this incomplete application for 2024-2025 and told me to try again in a few days ,but it's the same.They told me to do it by paper form PR 1,but I am worried that I can't apply online. Has anyone faced such something like that?
Regarding my situation, I have an update, I managed to send PR 1 form a week and a half ago like you sugested me to do it by Post. I sent it with Royal Mail track and I can say that my application arrived at Darlington. My problem is that my application has not yet been processed in my account yet, soon will be two weeks since i send it and the deadline is at the end of June.
I called student finance at the end of last week and they did not told me if they received it, they told my ussualy takes 5 working days to process an aplication, today my account it's still the same, nothing appears. Can you advise me what to do please because I feel like I'm going crazy, online doesn't let me to apply because it's a error, I also tried to apply online at the University with Student finance from there and they gave me the same answer to apply via PR1 form because i can not do it online,because of that error. I am in positition not to be able to reaply for next academic year and it's not my fault.

Hi, romanian. Pressetled but i am migrant worker, and that was not a problem for my past two years of my Uni. My boyfriend position is like mine...

With applications being sent by post it can take 5-10 working days for data entry and to be noted on the system. Applications can take between 6-8 weeks for processing as well so it wouldn't be done within 5 working days.
From the date we received it that's when the 6-8 week timescale would start.

Hi Ross, I appreciate your reply. Yes indeed the waiting time for the application to be processed is 6-8 weeks and that is not a problem for me. But at the moment in my online account it does not show that I have reapplied for the year 2024-2025, only the previous two years that I finished. As I can't apply online, only the PR1 form remains to be registered. And that worries me, because I can't wait 2 months and not have any news that yes indeed my application has reached Student Finance and has been submitted. I don't understand why I have to get it so complicated this year, when last year I could do everything online in 10 minutes and has been aproved everything in less than a month.
Also can you confirm me please if PO BOX 210 DL19HJ is the corect postcode? I sent the application there and it shows that it was received and signed. Is there another address where I can send the application?

Hi Adele, Yes, that is the correct address and postcode for the form to bet returned to. As long as you have the confirmation that we have received the form into the office from the tracked delivery receipt that is the confirmation you need.
Applications received via by post can take 5-10 working days for data entry and to be noted on the system. Applications can take between 6-8 weeks for processing.

Hi Adele, that's the general timescale for it to be data entered. It takes 6-8 weeks to process. If you keep an eye on your account.
