Me and my Partner we study together at the same University and we tried to reapply for Student Finance online for 2024-2025. We are about to start the second year of our University. Everything was ok with my Partner's application, but on the other hand, I am facing problems with mine. Even if I choose the correct steps
ndergraduate-Full time education, my application looks different from his and I am automatically offered a paper application form called EU24N, where I can only apply for Tuition Fee. I don't understand what the problem is because in the past two years of our Foundation Course I was eligible for Maintenance loan, Parental allowance, Childcare grant and Tuiton Fee. I called SF and they canceled this incomplete application for 2024-2025 and told me to try again in a few days ,but it's the same.They told me to do it by paper form PR 1,but I am worried that I can't apply online. Has anyone faced such something like that?
Regarding my situation, I have an update, I managed to send PR 1 form a week and a half ago like you sugested me to do it by Post. I sent it with Royal Mail track and I can say that my application arrived at Darlington. My problem is that my application has not yet been processed in my account yet, soon will be two weeks since i send it and the deadline is at the end of June.
I called student finance at the end of last week and they did not told me if they received it, they told my ussualy takes 5 working days to process an aplication, today my account it's still the same, nothing appears. Can you advise me what to do please because I feel like I'm going crazy, online doesn't let me to apply because it's a error, I also tried to apply online at the University with Student finance from there and they gave me the same answer to apply via PR1 form because i can not do it online,because of that error. I am in positition not to be able to reaply for next academic year and it's not my fault.
