Doing a masters in England, but originally from Northern Ireland - funding?

I was wondering - if I am from NI and am looking to move to England to do a masters degree next year, will I only get the £6000 in masters loan funding, despite the fact that the courses over in England cost nearly double this?

According to SFNI postgraduate guide 2024/25:

The maximum Postgraduate Tuition Fee Loan available to Northern Ireland domiciled students who start a course in the 2024/25 academic year is £6,500. Northern Ireland students will have to financially make up the difference of any tuition fee charged by their Higher Education Institution.
