tell your boyfriend exactly this and how it made you feel. Regardless of if it happened or not, what’s important is how it’s made you feel. And any loving boyfriend would do anything to stop you from feeling hurt by taking action whether it be cutting his friend off or keeping him away from you.

Hello, sorry to hear about your high stress levels and the difficulties you've been experiencing. It could be good to seek some support from a professional organisation like Mind, this page also provides some more organisations that may be useful to have a look at: Where to get help
I hope your boyfriend is supportive if you talk to him about it, take care of yourself

Another route to go, and you can get FREE Consultations, is a Hypnotherapist . They do Hypnosis and other things like Rapid Eye Movement (EMDR) etc .Look up "Hypnotherapy Directory" as is very good resource to find in your location.

i don't se how that would help. i think hypnotherapy is a scam either way tbh

Lol, no it most certainly is not a scam at all. They put you into a trance and then they can ,and this is basically, manipulate your subconcious and conscious and put things in order. Rapid Eye Movement (EMDR) has also been proven to work.

It would work by taking away any stress, anxiety and depression and making you more confident etc. It can basically do what you want to allow it to do.I am going for session tomorrow coincidentally so will post on here let you know. I have been Hypnotised before and is very relaxing.

dude chill what the hell. it's okay for op to be skeptical about hypnotherapy.

i've heard of rapid eye movement therapy before and the only thing i know is that it can be very emotionally intense. but just because op is unsure abt how hypnotherapy works doesn't mean you have to demean them. especially when they're going through such a tough time right now.

What I meant by "are you not human" was/is NOT to demean, it was literally to say in a roundabout way "Hypnotherapy works for almost everyone, so you likely would have to be non human to not benefit" . Maybe came across wrong the way I wrote it. But long and short ,it is very hard to avoid benefits of being in a trance.

because it genuinely is a scam, there's no legit scientific basis behind it. i mean no offence but you'd have to be susceptible to suggestion and gullible as **** for it to work. you might as well go to a psychic, they're on the same level. don't waste your money

What you are saying is wholly 100% untrue. Of course each individual is different but read this report from Royal College of Psychiatry which shows that it does work;

it's still a no from me but whatever works for you.

i don't need stuff like that. i just need a couple weeks and i'll get over the whole thing. i've been through way worse and dealt with it while managing to keep 100% of my dignity, so that's the plan, not gonna let it all go to waste now

Try to talk to a counsellor/therapist over it, even an online one. They usually have methods and experience in helping with these situations and can help you remember and figure it out. Hope you’re ok

I'm really sorry you are going through this, Ciel :hugs:
