Uni accommodation agents

Hi im looking for student accommodation in Guildford.

Looking at gullden village and the bridge , will be attending italia conti, is there anyone else studying there living in these accommodations?
Also has anyone booked their accommodation via Amber housing or best student accommodation companies ?

My son is currently living there and has been really happy, especially as there's a gym on site! It's really modern , secure and decent size bedroom downside is 10 in a flat with one kitchen. We were looking for September, as he's only just got all his offers, and only 50 week tenancies left which make it too expensive now.

He currently on a 45 week contract. It's concerning me he's nor even made a decision on where he's going let alone started thinking about accommodation. I've been looking at other places and all the shorter tenancies have already gone 😕
