Support for rent - 20 year old and in debt

I'm 20 years old and am resitting my A levels. I will also be starting a job where I will earn around £1110 a month. From this I need to help my parents pay rent and council tax which comes to around £500 a month for just me they pay for everyone else. And I also drive as my workplace is far so that's about £400 a month in petrol, road tax and insurance for me. I also pay for my phone contract which comes to around £60. So I am left with only like £100 a month but this goes towards some meds I need and basic skincare/saving for a new car as the car I currently own is starting to cause issues. Is there any additional financial support I can receive? I wont be a full time student as I will only sit the exams and study from home. Im also in 2.5k ish debt as my company overpaid my salary but I didn't realise so I used it to help my mom pay off her debts.

Unfortunately I don’t think there is anything you will qualify for due to your earnings.
£500 to your parents does sound quite high. Are they getting everything they are entitled to? They could do an online benefit check on turn2us. If they get UC already could they apply for a discretionary housing payment to help towards rent?
Could you get extra hours at work to increase your income?

You can look into whether you're eligible for help with healthcare costs via the NHS Low Income Scheme -- see https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/nhs-low-income-scheme -- though your salary may be too much for that to apply.

Is your medication on prescription? If you pay for prescriptions it would be worth looking at whether a pre-payment certificate would save you money across a 3-month or 12-month period. See https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/help-nhs-prescription-costs/nhs-prescription-prepayment-certificate-ppc

£60 a month for a phone contract sounds like a lot. Can you cut back there? Have you paid off the cost of the phone itself?
