Physics paper 2

Hi , I have been doing practice past papers to prepare for my physics a level exam coming up next week. I've been doing quite well scoring 50 and above as I am aiming for an A. However , I found the 2020 paper a bit difficult and made a bunch of silly mistakes. Does anyone have any tips as to what I should do to improve on this. Thank you

I do OCR instead of Aqa but typically stupid mistakes are a result of moving too quickly. Slow down and take some more time on trickier questions. My advice would be to answer questions that you know you can and then come back to questions you find harder at the end. This will give you more time to answer the ones you know you can with more accuracy.

so need to work on the theory side of things you can use website like https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/physics-revision/ for past papers and LOTS of exam questions on here and flashcards you can flick through for theory and when going through flashcards if you don't know anything go to your revision guide and read it and keep reading this info over and over again for a few days and it will stick to your head. and mainly do a lot of exam question they can throw a lot of weird stuff on the mark scheme like in biology a classic example is when they ask you By what process does plants move water? the classic answer is transpiration but if you put this you get 0 you need to put transpiration stream so if you revise this then these are simple marks you gain over others that will loose marks on these question and in science there is only ever so many question they can ask you so doing past paper questions can help. for theory another good interactive website is senca https://app.senecalearning.com/classroom/course/fe56ca00-05aa-11e8-9a61-01927559cfd5/multi-section/topics
on here they have a really good cram mode and this is good form theory as it gives you quick answer question for any theory topic you choose.
