Are tablets good for revision?

My friend was revising on a tablet and it seems pretty efficient for past papers, not having to print them off and being able to do it on screen.
Would it be worth investing in a tablet for A-levels???

Not necessarily. It is whatever works for you.

I believe in emulating the real exam ad closely as possible, so it feels familiar and helps to keep you calm in exams.

When you do the exam you will be writing in paper, so that familiarity is good. Psycholohically you haven't got used to doing it on a device, so it feels odd on paper for the real thing.

if you are dyslexic etc and use a laptop, then you'll type your answers. If you use a laptop, it's a good idea to use this when practising.

I got by without using a tablet. Yes I was jealous but it's not as if it would make a difference in your grades. You're grade isn't going to increase by using a tablet, it will increase by ur work ethic. I just find a past paper online and then just write the answers in a notepad.

You know, i love seeing people writing so swiftly on a tablet and wish i could too, but if you look closely you need to do so much moving, every time you wnt to write you have to press a button to write... Imo it really is annoying sometimes 🙂

Yeah Ill revise anyway so i should be fine either way, but I was thinking like on the bus ride (which is like an hour and a half either way) it'll probably be a decent investment, right?

But then you might as well just look over notes and flashcards, or watch a video abt a topic etc. Look it's ur money, but having an Ipad isn't going to make a massive difference so I wouldn't fret over having one. I envy those with an ipad lol

I'm tempted to just get one after GCSEs I mean I'll use it to study and probably watch anime so either way it's gonna get used the moneys not gonna go to waste, plus I can finally get back into art again so Im really tempted. But I also don't wanna make irrational decisions idk

tbf it sounds like you have more pros then cons so i would just go for it. It's a long term investment so you'll use it either way
