Law EPQ

I'm planning on doing an EPQ and I'm not sure what to do it on. I'd like to study law and since I'm not doing the law A-level I wonder if my EPQ should relate to the law. However I'm not really sure which area of the law I would do and I have another topic I'm passionate about but it doesn't relate to the law. Should I go with the topic I'm very interested in or should I choose a legal topic instead?

Definitely do the law one, but find a legal issue that greatly interests you, and be very specific- always make it a 'to what extent' question because these sound the most academic and offer most scope for argument.

my mate did one about peremptory challenge in the american jury system and he did pretty well got 44/50. If you want to do law at uni its definitely a good shout, because there is plenty of material, like a specific case of a specific regulation that you find interesting.

Hey! Same here - I really want to centre my EPQ on a law-related topic. I have however been struggling with forming a title and wonder if my area is too niche/ historic. I was thinking something like, " To what extent has corporate accountability been enforced in the legal system." I was thinking of including themes such as corporate death penalty and a variety of laws/acts. What do you guys think?
