Good luck.

A standard year in university (even if it's first year) should take roughly 40 hours per week including lectures and seminars, if done properly.

A Level Maths by itself requires 300 hours of reading, and then 300 hours of recommended revision. This works out to 10-12.5 hours over 24 weeks just to cover the reading, 20-25 including revision. This can be cut down if you do revise and study over the holidays e.g. reading weeks, Christmas holidays, etc.

If you can fit everything in a 60-65 hour week on a continuous basis, then yes it's doable. Would I recommend it? Probably not.
Do also note: your A Level exams might clash with some of the uni exam dates, so you will need to check.

Do you have a very good reason for doing A Level Maths? If not, probably not a good idea.
