Inquiry About Third-Year Transfer

Does anyone know if universities accept third-year transfers? I really need help, I have retaken my 2nd year due to a personal reason, and now I would just like to move back home or to a different city. I really need to change. can someone help me?

Generally no they dont. The only thing you can do is to enquire with the university you want to transfer to and ask if they will accept you but the likelyhood is they wont.
Very unlikely, but worth explaining your circumstances in case they take those into account. As above, check before applying anywhere.

Being very honest - not much hope. No Uni will want you to complete 2/3rds of a degree elsewhere and then walk off with 'their' degree. Third year units will build on previous elements of that course, and include dissertations / exams focused on parts of the course you would have not done. Given that you have already had to repeat your 2nd year, and are clearly struggling, realistically, no other University is going to be interested. Your best tactic now would be to pull your finger out and work for your 3rd year in the hope that you might leave with a reasonable degree classification - or leave now and get an apprenticeship.
