Different accommodation at Nottingham

I am attending Jubilee campus and have narrowed down accommodation to:
St Peters
Nottingham Two
Deakins Place
Melton Hall

Does your accommodation have to specific to campus, and is there anything specific anyone knows about the above accomms that i should look out for or avoid, Thank you

I'd pick Deakins if I were you. It just looks prettiest. And to answer your question, no. I have a friend whose lectures are at university park but she lives in Jubilee. It just comes down to your commitment to making the trip every day

I've heard the people there are friendly. As for the first year experience I'm too sure

Hello @4dil !

Your accommodation does not need to be in the specific campus where you will be doing most of your studies. That is to say, you could choose one of the options at University Park, for example, and commute to Jubilee Campus. Don't forget to check out the 903 Hopper Bus schedule since it may be very convenient in case your accommodation is ultimately at University Park (Hopper Bus)

I hope it helps,

Is Melton hall used to be only postgraduate accommodation (so will depend what type of student you are).

In general Nottingham two is ludicrously over priced (halls in general is inflated- if you’re postgrad I recommend just getting student housing rather than halls).

If you’re an undergrad id avoid Nottingham two, St peters is always popular and location is convenient to walk into the city centre. The undergrad halls on the east side of uni park are walkable in about 20-30 minutes to Jubilee so really not that bad as well.
