ASAP Tenancy Takeover - Vita Student Circle Square

Need someone to take over my contract in 2024-25 in Vita Student Circle Square for 51 weeks at £583/wk. It is a twin room for 2 people, therefore the price is about £291/wk per person. There are currently no more twin rooms advertised on their website. But, market price is higher than £600/wk at this point.

Vita is one of the most premium and luxurious accommodations in Manchester. The room is a studio and an ensuite, which is around 26.8 SQM with 2 study desks, 2 double beds, 2 armchairs, full kitchen (microwave oven, 4 hobs, sink, fridge freezer, dishwasher), larger bathroom and smart TV.

Vita student also offers free housekeeping every 14 days, free breakfast on weekdays, free coffee 24/7, high security and bike rentals. The location is also nearly perfect as its a short 7 min walk to UOM, 2 min walk to MMU, 15 min by bus to the city centre, and right outside a bus stop that will take you towards Victoria Park & Fallowfield.

The accommodation has a free gym, bookable lounges and theatre rooms. I am moving out because I got a work-placement as part of my degree in another city for a year.
