My parent forces me to wake up at 5 am for GCSE's.

I ALWAYS wake up at 5am or 4am bacause my parent wakes me up. Before 2024 gcses started I would fall asleep in classes at school. Well now it's the half-term. Today they woke me up at 7:32 and made me learn. Around 12:00 (before lunch) I fell asleep for 2 hrs. Well my parent saw this and got angry and they told me I wasted 2 hrs. What's worse is that I have hyperthyroidism so it makes me extra tired. What should I do? Should I endure it since it's 2 weeks until the end of the exams anyway? You probably think that I'm whining but I don't think 15 year olds should wake up at 5am. Also my parent has my phone so I don't stay awake until late and I usually sleep around 10pm.

That's rough. You could endure it but you should really just try to talk to them. The lack of sleep you're getting is worse than not revising. This will damage your mental health and possible result in you not getting the grades you deserve. I'm also currently taking my GCSE's but i have effectively convinced my mother that I need to sleep and now i get up at roughly 9 am. My father is also a doctor so he understands that medically and mentally sleep is the most important thing for our health and therefore grades. You have spent 5 years learning the curriculum so most is in your long-term memory , all work you do now is just recap.
Good luck.
