Interview tips please!

Ive applied for this specific role 2 times and been rejected. It’s a role for a retail assistant position, at Primark.

The interview has always gone well, I’ve answered all the questions to the best of my ability, ive had high hopes but then I end up getting rejected. I’m hoping third times the charm.

So please recommend me some tips so I can get this job!!

The main advice would be to research the company’s history, products, and values to show your interest. Dress smartly. Emphasise any customer service skills by sharing examples you have of of handling difficult customers and resolving issues. Highlight your ability to work well in a team environment, as teamwork is crucial in retail. Clearly state your availability and flexibility with working hours, as retail often requires varied shifts. Show enthusiasm for fashion and familiarity with Primark’s product range. This will demonstrate your genuine interest in the role and make you a strong candidate. Good luck!
