what is dental school like in the east coast USA?

asking as comparison to continental europe, and uk.

it's hard to compare considering that it's standard for med and dent schools to refuse considering anyone who's ever enrolled at a diff med or dental school
the obvious difference is that it's undergrad in the uk and the continent whereas it's postgrad in the usa and so probably harder to get in to
this is not normally a relevant question for most people though since there's not normally any reason for people from the us / the uk to apply for med or dent school elsewhere when you consider that it's far more difficult for intl students to get accepted and far more expensive
