DSA delivery of items
I have placed an order with study tech for equipment. That was a month ago, since then I’ve not heard anything about my order. I’ve tried to call and email them to ask for updates but they are being completely useless. How long does it take them to ship out a fairly standard order? How long does it take to receive equipment from Study Tech within the south west? Any advice welcome as I’m really annoyed.

I have had quite the opposite experience, I got the confirmation of my items last week and already been contacted that my delivery will be in 10 days. Maybe try email again. Although I am from the north so might be different turn around?

I’ve now got a delivery date. They had to wait for an item that’s not normally approved on DSA to get shipped from the manufacturer.

hey there, how long did it take you from having your needs assessment to getting the report with all the recommendations on it to getting the equipment delivered to you?

i'm in the north too and applied for dsa too with studytech, i was just wondering what the basic laptop they offered to you was? like the model of the laptop

2 weeks to get the report 2 weeks for student finance to approve it. Them another 5 weeks to get my equipment so just over 2 months total.

I wasn’t given a laptop as I have a MacBook Air that’s less than a year old. I’ve not a clue as to what laptops they offer.

im having the same problem, been over a month and still not heard anything. very frustrating.

that's really strange, they got back me to within a few weeks for the equipment order, keep calling and emailing them until they finally get it done.

I finally received my items 7 weeks after the order was placed. Not everything was delivered so I waited 9 weeks in total for everything.
