Unihomes utilities

Hey everyone,
Somehow I have accidentally created three direct debits (for two separate bank accounts) to pay my Unihomes utilities next year. Has anyone else experienced this? I've contacted Unihomes for help but I obviously don't want to be charged three times 😬

If you access your bank accounts online or via an app, you should be able to cancel the direct debits that you don't need.

My advice would be cancel them all and sort your own bills out. Have they broke down their figures for you? Their admin charges?

My son and his housemates are paying £508 per month between them for utilities. I have done the maths and the utility bills only actually cost £228 per month. So they are making a £280 profit on doing something as easy as paying your bills. You dont get the excess back either.

Making a profit on providing utilities is illegal and I will make sure they get prosecuted for ripping students off
