Need help with choosing a uni course

Hi all. Currently deciding between Uni of Manchester, Uni of York, and Uni of Leeds for physics undergrad. I've been through pros and cons and I can't decide.

Manchester: Best course, but accommodation is most expensive, A*A*A needed
Leeds: Great accommodation, AAB needed, but the course isn't as good, but is still decent
York: Great accommodation, AAA, good course, but is furthest away and isn't a city.

Can anyone help me make this decision??!

I think uni of Manchester is really good as well as the city being diverse and having the choice to do many things outside of uni with friends. Maybe have Leeds as your insurance in case your grades don’t go as plan and put university of Manchester as your firm?
