Definitely working class, maybe borderline lower middle class but the line between the two has gotten blurry recently so i recon you could pass for either.

Not that I like using salaries to determine class (earning 100K a year in London or Surrey is not the same as earning 100K a year in Birmingham or Bradford), but in this context I can see how 700K a year isn’t upper class even if you factor in living costs, kids, education etc
Edit: but I’m assuming that this question is satire.
