eating away from home has sm potential tho 😭 might do that one because i have no idea for the games or sports one
i have no idea what to do i’ve done all my coursework on eating away from home and i have to do an item of clothing linked to it but i have no clue what to make help
Does the idea be nesscarily have to be innovative and original to have high marks? Or does the analysis and research matter more?
Hi please can you help me . Can you give me some ideas for eating away from home of what i could do. Also could i see your power point the one you made. Btw congrats for getting 100 marks.
This one is very broad, An area that I feel doesn't have enough products/services is toys/games that are accessible and can help people with various issues that they may have in their life. Such a how some individuals maybe can't interact with toys in the same way due to disabilities - mental and/or physical. There definitely is a lot of research potential here but what matters more is if you're passionate about this as you are going to spend a year researching, designing, prototyping, evaluating, repeat. And if you're not passionate about the thing then you will probably struggle quite a bit.
1. Educational toys and games 2. Supporting or participating in a sport 3. Eating away from home I'm in year 11 and got 100 in my NEA bing me if you need help x
hi im struggling for end user questions for eating away from home ☹️ i need at least 10, and i think i have around 5 or 6
hi!! i got 99/100 on my nea and would be happy to offer advice/support/help with anything. everyone seems super stressed about what their idea is but you don't have to have an idea right now!! i didnt draw my final design idea until the end of january and only even chose which theme i was going to do at the end of july. it's actually much better to generate ideas through your reasearch and design than go into the project with a firm idea in your head, as you need to clearly avoid design fixation throughout the project. right now, id just talk through your ideas for each of the 3 themes with your family, and note down any of your favourite ideas. you can also mindmap them (though you might do this in class) one piece of advice for the whole time that you do the nea is to make sure you stay on top of the work. everyone says to stay on top of the work but me and so many of my friends didn't listen and honestly its so much easier to stay on top of the work (i wasted days of easter doing hours of dt per day because i was so behind, and missed out on valuable revision time) PLEASE STAY ON TOP OF WORK LIKE IT IS SO IMPORTANT anyway, any questions feel free to ask me! <3

Can you show your PowerPoint or whatever you used so I can see what to roughly start on?

Hiya! When designing the product, was it an original design? For example: I am really interested in making a chess/checkers set for the educational toys and games but that has already been made and I feel like it would be a copy and paste situation.
I understand that I don't have to have a final idea until much later if I have to, but this would help me massively as it depends a lot on the available design options.
Quite literally; Start a mindmap with the theme in the middle Then all around it right down further ideas you have even if they seem silly Then experiment with which ideas can link to others and which can be further broken down or expanded upon I would recommend comparing yours with a classmate and seeing what you can learn from each other
