HEAD GIRL! Less than 48 hours to make an application!!!

Hi,
I’m currently abroad and I’m leaving today to go back. I’ve got to make a Head Girl Application and I’m completely lost.
Here is the question they’ve given me: Please tell me why you should be Head Girl, give an extended answer including personal values, responsibilities and leadership skills.
Right now, I’m:
Eco-leader
Big sister
Prefect
House Captain
Mental Health Ambassador
School Councillor
Deputy Head Girl
extra info: I have trouble with punctuality and the teacher who is running this is someone who I’ve had trouble with, so I’m really really scared I won’t get it.
Please offer advice and should I mention about learning from my mistakes of what I did to her? I REALLY NEED HELP

I think what made my application stand out was the format I put it in. I wrote it as a ‘story’. I started off by saying, ‘Why should I be on SSLT as Head Student? Whilst trying to create a response, I found myself asking three questions. What is the role of a Head Student? What would it mean for me to be Head Student? And why am I the ideal candidate to be Head Student?’
And then I proceeded to answer the questions , I also pointed out my flaws ( I’m quite a talkative student and have gotten behaviour points quite a few times) but I showed why it shouldn’t matter and how that by having these flaws it makes me more relatable. Also, in my school, to be head girl you have to go through three stages: application, presentation to the senior leadership staff and then an interview with the head teacher. Make sure during your interview you prepare yourself before hand, the questions are quite easy to guess and don’t vary much year by year. Hope this helps!!! Tomorrow I’m doing my first ever speech as Head Girl at an Open evening!!! 😭

The questions are really predictable. It’s mainly things like why do you want to be head girl? What would you do in a difficult situation? How would you react if someone wasn’t doing their duties?
