If the reaction is second order with respect to X and first order with respect to Y.
(1) Determine the initial rate of the reaction for experiments 2 and 3.
(ii) Calculate the rate constant for the reaction.
From experiment 1 to 2:
X doubled, Y remained same, as X is second order, rate is 4 times of experiment 1, 4*10^-3.
From experiment 2 to 3:
Y doubled, X is same, Y is first order, rate is 2 times of experiment 2, 8*10^-3.

For (ii) substitute an experiment value, and rearrange for units.
