Which is a better university for post graduate health management courses amongst these: Coventry,City University, Kent, Roehampton, Aberdeen, Anglia Ruskin.
Also could you help me understand why almost all the Russell group universities in UK are not offering MBA and advertising MSc healthcare management courses instead?

Hi @Priyanka_Kinger

Great to hear you are thinking about Roehampton!

Our MBA Healthcare Management course is designed with input from healthcare experts ensuring you have relevant and up-to-date insight into the healthcare industry. A few of the modules you will study are Strategic Marketing, Consultancy Practice, and Healthcare Innovation and Change Management. You will also have the chance to undertake a consultancy project with either a multinational or SME in London.

Have a read of our blog to find out more about studying and living at Roehampton!

Hi, this is the University of Aberdeen rep account. Thanks for your interest in studying with us! It's difficult to say which is better but I have provided some advice below which I hope will be helpful for comparing the courses and making a decision.

I would recommend having a look around this site for students of each of the unis you have offers from to see what the general consensus is. It's unlikely you'll find anyone from the course specifically but they may be able to give you an idea of what the university is like.
It's also worth thinking about the cities and what appeals to you. Are there things you want to be close to our far away from, do you want to be in a big or small city, are there things/places in that city that you're interested in or will be good for any hobbies you have; those sorts of factors should definitely be on your mind as well as the actual courses of each of the universities.
Then it would be worth having a look on each of our websites to see what appeals to you about the courses eg. course content, projects you will get to do through your degree, prospects upon graduation, that sort of thing. Universities may have details on their websites about employability which may be an important factor if you're trying to compare universities.

I hope this information has been useful and all the best with coming to a decision!

Hiya,

Great selection of choices there! We can provide more info into our MSc Healthcare Management and Healthcare Management MBA courses here at ARU 😊

Our Healthcare Management MBA is 1 year full-time, or 2 year part-time, at our Chelmsford campus. Its core modules focus on leadership, decision-making, and business skills in Health Care, with a final Major Project in which you will address a research question relating to healthcare management or health informatics.

Our MSc Healthcare Management however is 2 years part-time and is all distance learning, where you will study online. Very similar to Healthcare Management MBA, its core modules focus on Organisational Transformation in Health and Social Care and Global Leadership.

Whichever course you decide, you will have access to all the student support at ARU, including our Counselling and Wellbeing team, Money Advice and Careers and Employability team.

If you can pop along to our next Postgraduate Open Evening on 2 July and talk with our lecturers, explore the campus and find out more about life at ARU 😊

Let us know any other questions!

Jemma
