Reading University Accommodation

I've been having issues with trying to accept my accommodation, first the RISIS portal was down for a couple of days, then when I could access it again I accepted my offer and put in my card details to pay the deposit and it all seemed to go through fine. It took me to the confirmation screen on the portal. However yesterday I received an email from Reading stating I hadn't yet accepted my offer and needed to do so asap. When I tried to get onto the portal again I was unsuccessful due to the scheduled updates from the 31st-3rd. My final day to accept is tomorrow before 9am. As it's the weekend I haven't been able to contact the accommodation office and I'm concerned I'll miss my offer.
Is anyone else having issues like this?

I’m having the same issue. I am unable to access the accommodation portal and accept my offer because its down due to maintenance and the deadline is tomorrow.

I'm so sorry you've been having these issues and it's caused you so much stress. Sorry we didn't get back to you about this sooner too.

Has there been any update to this situation? Has RISIS allowed you to accept the offer etc / have you been able to speak to anyone in the accommodation office?

So sorry again about this and hope it is all getting sorted for you!
