TMUA Computer Science Admissions Test

I am nearing the end of Y11. I plan to apply for CS. Can I sit the TMUA admissions test a year in advance (in October of Y12 instead of in Y13). If so, can someone guide me through the process of applying, identification, centres and how the system works in general? Will my TMUA score still be valid if I sat it in Y12 by the time I apply for university in Y13?

You take all aptitude tests like TMUA the year you apply to Uni - you cannot take it the previous year and 'carry over' the result.

For this coming year the dates are as below - and will be similar dates for next year's test.
"You will take the test on 16 or 17 October 2024.
You should register for the TMUA by 16 September 2024."
