I need help with United State admissions

So I need to convert my grades to the US 4.0 system but all the services that I can use cost a lot. And I need to give the universities i am applying to for the most part need official grade transcripts. I studied for what Americans consider highschool Freshman and sophomore year in Lithuania so I would also have to translate the grades, and I’m doing the last two in the UK. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? I am now finishing year 12, and will hopefully finish sixth form in 2025.
