i would like to apply to exeter university and qualify for a contextual offer. i would like to study politics which is usually AAA bit is ABB with contextual. if my predicted grades are ABB in line with the contextual, will i be as likely to receive an offer as somebody with AAA grades and no contextual? as well as this, will the university be aware of the contextual offer when i apply?

Yes if you meet the contextual conditions you are as likely to get an offer as a non contextual student meeting the standard grade. The idea of contextual offers is to overcome the disadvantages that students suffer and increase the numbers of disadvantaged students in a particular university.
