how to get over my crush

i had a crush on a guy from work. i didn’t like him at first but started to when one of the girls told me that he likes me, and i started noticing little ways he would help me compared to other ppl at work. he also told me to text him after i followed him on insta which i did, and then he left me on read after replying to the first message! (after three days) he’s not really active on social media and probably isn’t overthinking it like i am. maybe he isn’t even thinking about it at all.

im embarrassed that im even feeling this way. ik i shouldn’t take it so deeply but it does hurt my feelings a little. why was he even showing interest in the first place?

I think he's js scared to lose you wait hear me out you should ask him what hes feeling and why hes leaving you on seen it would clear things up and plus u might get a chance to speak to him 1 on 1 ask him to meet up somewhere nice or scenic and js talk fr dates dont needa be complicated but people make it complicated.
