Anyone fell asleep while wearing headphones and hit their head?

It happened to me a few days ago, I'm not sure what happened but I remember waking up and hitting my headphones on the wall with them on then realising I'd fallen asleep with headphones still on. The next day, the side of my head hurt when touched but it's only mild pain, there's no bump or anything, just worried cos there's no change and don't wanna call doctors as I get really bad anxiety when dealing with doctors. According to Google it can take a week to heal but idk if that's true or not or for bumps

no 1 what tf is that name anonymusy 😭 and second itll heal naturally cus i think its like an internal bruise or smthn but fr check it out with the doctors or ask ur parents to use a flashlight and check whats going on cus truth be told its gonna be showing the bruise on the outside cus the headphone wouldnt have gone down so far.
