Exam missed

I just missed an entire math gcse exam what do i do im really scared i dont want them to give me a random grade the hell im actualyl gonna cry like what do i doooo

You won’t get a very good grade this year I guess you’ll have to suck it up and redo the Maths at college it should only take a year as a resit. You should also give your school a call see about resits in November.

I dont really know i tried to call my school but its inset day today so no one is picking up but i message one of the teacher in charge of exam things and an email to the school stating my reason of absence i really hope they let me resit when everyone finished their exam not until like november or next summer

I don’t know I’ve never had a resit at school if we didn’t meet our target grades in our mocks we just got after school detentions actually we got detentions for almost every thing.

Nah cuz this one that i missed is my actual gcse but in the mocks they just let us resit at the end of everything if you missed it

im pretty sure they just give you a 0 for the test and don't let you resit it cuz everyone has already done the exam

U can still get a 7 if u get full marks on the other 2 papers

Unless there's a valid reason (usually medical) for the absence you will be unmarked. The only resit period is November or you sit the usual time.

If you have a valid reason they may go with your predicted grade

It was a family emergency so i just had to missed it its fine now because they’re gonna make me resit in november
