Have you looked at the entrance requirements for those very different universities?

Hi there,
I’m a current UCLan MBBS student so hopefully I can help!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Uclan so far, I’ve enjoyed the course and found the staff really supportive! We have a really wide range of placements which helps to give you an idea of specialities you may want to go into!

In phase 1, we have early clinical contact so get to practise our clinical skills and communication skills right from year 1!

If you have any other questions, please just let me know!

Hi @judymohameddd,

I'm currently a second-year BSc Dietetics student at the University of Hertfordshire (UH), but I wanted to share my thoughts on the Computer Science degree based on my experiences here. Even though I'm in Life and Medical Sciences, I think many aspects of UH's teaching and support apply across departments.

Facilities:
- Investment in Infrastructure: UH has invested heavily in its facilities over the past decade, including state-of-the-art computer labs and research facilities. The £120 million investment in the campus infrastructure has significantly enhanced the learning environment. UH Campus Investment

Location and Campus Life:
- Location Advantage: The university’s proximity to London (about 25 minutes by train) offers students easy access to the city’s vast resources, networking opportunities, and job market, while benefiting from lower living costs in Hatfield.
- Diverse Student Body: UH hosts students from over 140 countries, fostering a diverse and inclusive campus environment. UH International Students

Feel free to ask if you have any other questions about the university or the Computer Science programme!

Best regards,
Natacha
