I officially sit for my gcse in 4months my subjects are three sciences, math, environmental+ arabic.. I'm trying my best to learn and enforce concepts from early on but my heart still tingles at the thought of the exam- fright maybe-
What advise do you have to get passed exam fear or the fear of failure in general how can reinforce my self-confidence and just take the risk without fear..

try affirmations, I used to chant positive affirmations in the mirror when I was doing my GCSEs and it really helped me 🙂 good luck!

what's helping me rn with gcses is deep breathing before an exam, say you came in 5 mins before they start talking about the rules and stuff. You sit down, get your stuff out and close your eyes while taking deep breaths. It just helps you clear your head and be calm. Do some stretches if you want, have a routine that you can use to prepare yourself and find comfort in.

UPDATE:
so for starters, I have been doing quit an underwhelming amount of revision in total. But I just recently got past papers so I will try and use them as much as possible, also for reference approx 1month left for oct/now.
I still can't wrap my head around it nor even predict my futures trajectory, but it does help me not to think too much about the future; and just focus on the present moments within my control, taking it day-by-day (as its said). My life is honestly so unpredictable, I came to terms with not knowing what life has in store for me.
Anyhow that's that- keep me in your prayers! Hope everything goes well..(:
