Noise at Fallowfield with the redevelopment?

Hey have read on the Manchester Uni site

"We are currently redeveloping parts of the Fallowfield campus, including building new halls on the site of the old Owens Park Hall. At varying times, this will create some disturbance to varying parts of the site. We will continue to work with the contractor to minimise the impact on residents, but you should bear this in mind."

Wondered if any students there can comment on if it's really a problem? If it's noisy ect...As I am choosing halls for September.
