UoM over QMUL because of expected scholarship??

Hi!!

I have offer from University of Manchester and QMUL for law and was thinking about making QMUL my firm choice because of London factor. UoM has placed me on bicentenary global future scholarship’s reserved list and I have heard that they give one scholarship to one institution. The one from my college who was awarded this scholarship is not going to UoM and now we are two candidates on reserved list from same college. Should I firm UoM because of expected scholarship or I should go for QMUL?? Btw scholarship is of £7000 each year and that will be around 27%.

I’m confused because it is expected and i’m mot sure whether I should take risk or not. I’m ok with UoM as well but wanted to go QMUL just because it’s in London.

Please, I need advice!!!
