Manchester Summer Stay (Students Only)

Hi, I am university of Manchester Student, I am going back home for the summer so looking for a replacement tenent who would like to stay here during summer.
According to Unite student policy, the tenent must be full-time student.
The price and moving-in date are negotiable! I am willing to offer a discount for those staying the full duration.
My contract is 52 weeks so I am looking for someone to take over the contract from 11th of June. My contract is avaialble until 07 Setember.
Kincardine court (Unite Students) is one of the closest student accomodation to campus.
The block D, which I currently live in, has been renovated two years ago when I first moved in. So everything is almost brand new!
I lived here for the last two years and I gurantee you will not regret your decision to stay here.
The accomodation is very close to the city center so its very convinent to get around.
Also, it is very safe even during the night time because accomodation is located right next to the oxford road.
There is a small park next to the accomodation where you can play basketball or tennis and its completely free!
The washing machine in the kitchen is free so no need to pay for luandury!!!
