Animal management for vet med

Hi is it possible I can become a vet with level 3 animal management? I really want to become a vet but didn't get the grades for a level I'm hoping to go to Bristol as it's closer

I believe Bristol only accept the Applied science BTEC.

Some uni’s accept the BTEC animal management, and certain modules have to be undertaken and achieve a certain grade, so you’ll have to look on their website or UCAS. But it is possible

Hi I've just checked their website and they accept a HE qualification and my collage offers that corse after animal management! I think I'll speak with them when I join in September and hopefully they'll guide me

For vet med, you can apply up to four universities and I would recommend you apply to as many as possible as it’s usually 11 people competing for one place. So try and not just limit yourself to Bristol.

With the access to HE, once again, make sure you’re doing the correct one that most will accept and you’ll have to achieve a specific amount of distinctions - each uni that accept it have varying amounts
