where to find healthcare jobs??

I want to start a career in healthcare but I have no experience. I'm aspiring to go into clinical psychology and I want a job related to the healthcare field before I go into a masters. I'm looking for healthcare assistant roles but they all require experience which I don't have.
How can I gain experience in this role? Also, some of these roles require a driving license which I don't have and it'll be a while until I'm able to gain the license anyway, but I want to start working immediately. I know there's volunteering so I might do that, but are there any other ways to gain experience OR are there other healthcare jobs which I can do?
