Unfortunately, I can't provide an exact number of contact/teaching hours for this course as it depends on your personalised timetable.- Your timetable will be available within six weeks of your course start date.
However, the course tutor mentioned that it is typically around 10 hours, depending on the chosen options, and numerous optional/additional sessions are available for this course.

The webpage for this course states: "There are no exams on this course, but we will expect you to produce high-quality written essays and practical coursework". Do the essays have to be written essays? Can they be video essays?

The essays are most likely to be written essays.
If you'd like, I recommend getting in touch with our course enquiries team. They can provide the program lead's contact info for the course so you can inquire further about the essays needed for the assessments.
To email our course enquiries teams it would be [email protected] they take up to five days to respond to any email. You can also give them a call on 0161 295 4545 between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
