Nursing top-up course for international students?

Hello..
I completed my diploma pcl nursing from nepal.I am international study want to continue my nursing so I think I want to go uk to continues my bsc nursing in uk .. I watch a lot of video and recently I saw nursing top up course.we was completed in 1 yrs form full Time and 2 yrs for part Time . Its Worth it to join nursing top up course in uk Rather than adults nursing or other fields. Can you please suggest me its good to choose or not
