Chelsea, CSM, Goldsmiths MA fine art 2024- Where?
I received offers for the Fine Art Grad Diploma - Premaster program at Goldsmiths and RCA.
MA Fine Art at Chelsea.
MA Fine Art at Chelsea.

It depends on your practice. I would say Goldsmiths. Check how much studio space you will have on all these institutions which is very very important.(I know goldsmiths offer a very good space for each student and their degree shows are amazing) Also see their degree shows and see where the works fit better with what you do.

im not sure about the pre master. but their ba and ma are excellent.
why don't you go to a proper MA at Chelsea?
