My Nokia G11 phone cannot make calls
I'm on a premium website such as a psychic website.
I tapped on 'call xxxxx number'
My phone went straight onto the phone keypad, I click on the green call button 50 times and the phone just does not call. It does work making other calls
My airplane mode is off, I've cleared some space.
Why is this?

Can you turn off and turn on the phone? Try that.
If that don't work, call the carrier.

It still doesn't work
It's most likely premium rate numbers aren't included in your mobile package because of the ridiculous amount of money they cost to call and you'll burn through your monthly allowance.
Premium rate numbers like psychic and tarot sites are generally an entertainment service, nothing serious, so why would you want to waste money on them?
