Student Finance England Supporting Evidence Problems
When I initially provided my sponsor details, my mum never received an email whilst her partner did so we tried to link our accounts using my customer reference number. I rang up and was told to fill in a PFF2 form and upload it onto my account under supporting evidence.
I also uploaded a photo of my birth certificate which has been received yet the sponsor details is labelled not received. Is that because I uploaded them in the wrong place? Or does it take time?
I'm just worried because the deadline was the 17th of May and I applied before then but obviously my details weren't fully uploaded and I don't want to miss any payments

Hi there. If you have uploaded the PFF2 it is taking around 32 business days to process. The online action doesn't disappear until it has been fully processed, so you can ignore it. Thanks, Leah.
