College and the course I choose is good or not.

Recent I got an offer letter from 2 UK universities for MSc international business management course one University is Kingston University and second one is Heriot Watt university Edinburgh. I'm confused which one is perfect for me both are good universities but their ranking differ that's why I'm confused. Can anyone help me?
