This girl started flirting with me when I was 16 and she was 24. When I turned 18 she went to my house for work purposes and gave me hints that she wanted to sleep with me. I didn't know until I told my friends what happend and they said she definitely wanted to sleep with me. If you want to know what she did she basically went inside my house and she was in the living room and I told her I was going to get something in my room and she went inside my room and said "your not gonna give me a tour". I found out what she was trying to do and texted her that wanted to see her and she rejected me and dosent respond to my text anymore. Is this considered grooming? Is she mad I didn't want to sleep with her? Why did she reject me? Why does she not respond to my messages?

this is technically grooming as you were underage at the beginning of the start of this situation. she probs rejected you because she either now knows you have the capacity to call her out for her actions and she cant control you or that she lost interest but its most likely the first one. and she probs didnt responf to your messages to ignore the ideas that come to her mind of that day and basically trying to remove that moment so shes not as guilty. dont think of it as something you did, but something she did and is not taking account for.

16 is NOT underage at all. That is age of consent ,in UK at least

WRONG. That is entirely and utterly wrong.
A 16 year old can have sex with anyone else over 16 ,whether they be 16,18, 20, 28 30, 40 whatever. THAT is in the UK. There are other laws governing those like teachers or persons in position of power over the 16 year old.
